Dr. Reid holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Tennessee (1993), an MA in New Testament from Johnson University (2020), a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University (2013), and a DBA in Data Analytics from Grand Canyon University (2024). His academic work includes peer-reviewed journal articles and a book chapter.
In 2022, Dr. Reid published The Marduk Letters: Diabolically Eliminating Level 5 and Servant Leaders, a book that combines creative and scholarly approaches to leadership. Dr. Reid’s long-term professional interests include strengthening quantitative education at Johnson University, leading campus services operations, and contributing relevant publications for emerging Christian leaders. He has been married since 1988 and is the father of three adult daughters.
