Wilbur Reid

Wilbur Reid became fascinated with leadership during a twenty-seven-year corporate career. He earned a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Regent University, with the dissertation developing a validated instrument to measure Level 5 leadership. In 2015, he became a professor of organizational leadership at Johnson University and in 2021 became part of the university's senior leadership team as vice preseident of campus services. His education also includes an MBA in Finance and MA in New Testament.
